We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Portland, OR with 5+ years of professional European automotive repair experience. This opportunity offers $50-$60/hour tiered hybrid pay with $100,000-$125,000 annual earning potential. The shop specializes in high-end European vehicles and provides factory-level diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair European vehicles from initial diagnosis through final repair
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document findings and recommendations
- Use factory-level diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout diagnosis and repair
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns when needed
- 5+ years of professional European automotive repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of European vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Solid automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on high-end European vehicles
- Ability to complete repairs independently from diagnosis through completion
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- $50-$60/hour tiered hybrid pay
- $100,000-$125,000 annual earning potential
