Financial Analyst - Seeking Adventurers and Builders in Renewable Energy

Green Key Solar is a nimble, fast-growing solar energy development firm. Our goal? To combat the climate crisis head-on by developing utility scale solar projects in key growth markets. Your Role
  • Build financial models for banks and company principles
  • Research new markets, legislation, and technologies
  • Monitor loan covenants and project performance for compliance
  • Assist with bank diligence, legal review, and closing of loans and tax credit sales
  • Coordinate monthly loan draws for active construction projects
  • Forecast medium and long-term cash flow (3+ months out)
  • Manage insurance, bonding capacity, and diligence requests
  • Support asset management functions for operating portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline processes
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Experience
    :
    At least 2 years of experience in corporate finance.
  • Education
    :
    Degree in business, finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical
    :
    Proficient in Excel & VBA and experience working with LLMs.
  • Skills
    :
    Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday;
In office Tuesday & Thursday

  • Expected to be in office Monday to Friday for onboarding
