The Payroll Specialist provides knowledgeable support for all payroll applications, including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, My Requests and other applications.

• Provides customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department
• Processes incoming calls and emails according to procedure
• Creates work orders that capture structured data to provide audit trails and statistical analysis
• Makes recommendations for process changes
• Provides documentation and testing to implement process changes and train the team
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Payroll processing knowledge is required
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• 2 years of previous customer service call center experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and resolve issues
• SAP experience, preferred
• Payroll processing knowledge, preferred
