The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Express and SRG to new and existing clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, uncover hiring needs, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver high-quality placements.

This is a revenue-impact role — ideal for someone who loves connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in business development.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business through outbound outreach, prospecting, and networking
  • Hold qualified discovery conversations and present EEP & SRG’s value proposition
  • Build and deepen relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Maintain a strong weekly cadence of sales activity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure exceptional client service and placement success
  • Represent the brands professionally in person, on the phone, and through digital channels

What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet weekly activity expectations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits

  • Bonus/Commission: 100% tied to company revenue generated, with uncapped commission potential
