We’re growing — and seeking a relationship-driven, goal-oriented Business Development Representative to help expand both divisions and support our next level of success.
The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Express and SRG to new and existing clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, uncover hiring needs, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver high-quality placements.
This is a revenue-impact role — ideal for someone who loves connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in business development.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business through outbound outreach, prospecting, and networking
- Hold qualified discovery conversations and present EEP & SRG’s value proposition
- Build and deepen relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Maintain a strong weekly cadence of sales activity and pipeline management
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure exceptional client service and placement success
- Represent the brands professionally in person, on the phone, and through digital channels
- A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and energized by goals and a fast-paced sales environment
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to keep momentum even on tough days
- Someone who follows through, thinks proactively, and takes pride in their work
- Interested in career growth and excited by the earning potential of a results-driven role
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet weekly activity expectations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bonus/Commission: 100% tied to company revenue generated, with uncapped commission potential
