Position: Sales Planner (7 Positions Available)

purpose

analyze merchandise performance and forecast future results to support sales and margin growth. Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale partners to align financial plans and deliver actionable insights that elevate business outcomes.

key responsibilities
  • support go-to-market milestones and planning initiatives with sales and account teams
  • build financial plans across categories that align account kpis with adidas shipment targets
  • analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results
  • prepare reports that provide clear insights into account performance for sales, finance, and marketing
  • manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory and sell through
knowledge skills and abilities
  • strong understanding of retail math and sell through data analysis
  • ability to build and plan product assortments based on trends and account needs
  • strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable solutions
  • skilled in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels
requisite education and experience minimum qualifications
  • four-year degree in business, merchandising, or related field preferred
  • minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
  • industry experience preferred but not required
  • advanced excel skills required
