, with in‑office collaboration Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

The Role:Sales Executive (Staffing & Recruiting)
In this role, you will:
- Identify, pursue, and win new business within our core practice areas.
- Sell staffing and talent solutions through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and in‑person meetings
- Build and expand client relationships through consultative, value‑driven selling
- Deliver polished presentations and handle objections with confidence
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high‑quality placements
- Drive growth with clear strategies, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent activity
- Turn single placements into lasting partnerships through superior client service
- Current Staffing/recruiting experience required
- Proven success generating new business, growing accounts, and managing a full sales cycle
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- Confidence in presentations, cold calling, meeting metrics, and closing
- A competitive, results‑driven mindset and a commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Base salary range: $50,000 – $80,168.40 depending on location and experience, plus a competitive incentive plan (bonus and/or commission). + Uncapped tiered Commission.
Location-based salary ranges:
- CA: $66,560
- CO: $54,999.88
- NYC + Nassau/Suffolk/Westchester: $58,500
- NY (Other): $58,458.40
- WA: $80,168.40
