Join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team as our Procurement Assistant (Supply Chain) and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From purchase orders to product launches, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across manufacturing, merchandising, and operations, gaining hands‑on experience in how products and materials move through the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early‑career professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to build a foundation in procurement and supply chain.
Specific Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor purchase orders from entry through delivery, helping ensure products and materials flow seamlessly across the business.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear organized purchasing records.
- Support demand planning and warehouse operations with data entry, receipt tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing requests across teams, including manufacturing, merchandising, and project support.
- Assist with supply ordering for production needs and product launches.
- Flag discrepancies and partner with Planning and Finance to resolve issues.
- Build hands‑on experience across the full supply chain lifecycle.
- Gain exposure to multiple functions and see how the business operates end‑to‑end.

- 1+ years of experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, accounting, customer service, or a related field (Relevant coursework or certification may substitute up to 1 year).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
- Exposure to supply chain, purchasing, or inventory processes.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $21.70 - $32.50. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by education and work location.
