Operations Trainee
Location: Portland Metro Area
Pay: $25-30 hr. DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

This is an Operations Trainee role designed to expose you to multiple facets of the business. You'll start by learning the ins and outs of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and then rotate through Purchasing, Inventory Management, Inventory Tracking Systems, and other operational functions. The long-term goal? To develop the right person into an Operations Manager within approximately two years.
You will be surrounded by an experienced team that is eager to mentor, train, and support your growth along the way.
What You'll Do:- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
- Work closely with customers to resolve billing and account questions
- Partner with credit teams, warehouse staff, and management to ensure accuracy and exceptional service
- Review invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Assist with purchasing activities and vendor communications
- Learn inventory management processes and inventory tracking systems
- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop a strong understanding of the business from the ground up
- Participate in cross-functional projects and special assignments
- Prepare for future advancement opportunities within Operations or Sales
