You will partner closely with Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to translate data into actionable insights‑balancing forecast accuracy, inventory risk, and business opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly analytical planner who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging data to influence outcomes.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Develop and manage pre‑season and in‑season demand forecasts and inventory plans at the category, style, and style‑color level, ensuring alignment to financial targets and business strategies
  • Participate in cross‑functional forecast consensus meetings with Merchandising and Commercial partners, driving alignment on key assumptions, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze sales trends, historical data, and business inputs to continuously refine forecasts and optimize inventory positions throughout the planning horizon
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to influence decision making
  • Manage inventory performance by monitoring demand, supply, and service levels, ensuring alignment to fill rate and inventory targets
  • Partner cross‑functionally to solve complex business problems, improve processes, and enhance planning effectiveness across systems and tools
  • Create and maintain reporting and analytics that provide visibility into forecast performance, inventory health, and key business drivers
YOU ARE
  • A data‑driven decision maker who uses insights and analytics to guide recommendations
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners across different levels and teams
  • A strong problem solver who can synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving business needs
  • An effective communicator who can translate data into compelling business stories
YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain‑related roles
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights that drive business decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
  • Working knowledge of retail math, forecasting techniques, and inventory planning concepts
  • Familiarity with merchandising, assortment planning, and retail sales analysis
