Position: Client Associate-1 (PNW)

The Client Associate-1 Role provides foundational support to employee benefits clients by assisting with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates. This role executes routine tasks with guidance while developing a working knowledge of benefits, processes, and the client lifecycle.

Job Duties
  • Provides day-to-day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance.
  • Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
  • Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
  • Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.
  • Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.
  • Executes assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while progressing through structured training and guided learning.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $53,000 USD - $56,000 USD
