Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate for a Project Coordinator position. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Manage project timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously, paying close attention to detail within strict deadlines.
• Employ a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
• Prioritize assigned workload and assist with team workload as requested.
• Effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and all internal and external customers.
• Utilize CRM software and project management tools for daily tasks.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar client-facing role.

• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Service Now) and project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
