Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to support a large, fast-paced account managing 80+ active contractors. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across contractors, internal teams, and leadership—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and consistent communication.
This role is critical in maintaining contractor engagement, supporting operational workflows (timesheets, change forms, reporting), and proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, takes ownership of their work, and can independently manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary support contact for a high volume of contractors (80+), ensuring strong engagement and responsiveness
- Lead regular check-ins and engagement calls with contractors to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Manage and verify weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
- Prepare, submit, and track change forms and related documentation
- Coordinate communication between internal teams (recruiting, payroll, client stakeholders, etc.) to ensure alignment
- Maintain and update tracking tools, reports, and contractor data in Excel and CRM systems
- Identify and resolve issues related to payroll, timesheets, onboarding, or contractor concerns
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively address gaps before they escalate
- Support reporting, data tracking, and administrative workflows tied to contractor management
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support account success
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role (staffing, project support, or workforce management strongly preferred)
- Proven experience supporting high-volume workflows and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, data organization)
- Experience working in CRM or workforce management systems
- Ability to manage timesheets, billing support, or financial/admin tracking processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks
- Experience supporting contractors/consultants in a staffing environment
- Exposure to payroll processes, timesheet systems, or change form workflows
- Experience working with large accounts or high headcount environments
- Prior experience running engagement calls or supporting retention efforts
- Extremely reliable and accountable — someone you can trust to own the work end-to-end
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Quick thinker who can adapt and pivot in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed
