House Manager & Family Assistant with Meal Prep Support

Location: Portland Heights, Portland, OR 97201

Employment Type: Part-Time | 10–15 hours per week

Schedule: 2–3 days per week | Flexible Monday–Friday between 12:00 PM–4:00 PM

Compensation: $33–$40 per hour/ based on experience

Start Date: ASAP | Mid-August

• Maintain a smoke-free environment and Fragrance-free; no scented personal care products, detergents, or products used in the home
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain prior to start
• Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided for work related tasks)
• Comfortable with pets (2 hypoallergenic cats and maybe a future dog)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

We prioritize a screen‑free childhood 90% of the time, Montessori‑inspired learning, music, time outdoors, and a holistic approach to our life. Food is an important part of our family culture, and you'll often find our kitchen stocked with organic produce, wholesome ingredients, and fresh meals made with care. We believe the environment we create inside our home directly impacts how our family feels, and about everything that comes into our home, from the meals we prepare to the products we use.
