Compensation: $70 per Service Hour + Performance Bonuses + Opportunity to Earn Up to 20% Equity + Competitive Annual Salary

The ideal candidate will work alongside our Founder to lead the daily operations of our spa while helping shape the future of an expanding wellness and lifestyle brand.

Position Summary

The Managing Partner is responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day spa operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and leading a high‑performing team.

This individual will work closely with the Founder to ensure operational excellence, maximize profitability, and create an unforgettable guest experience.

This is both a leadership and hands‑on treatment position.

Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee all daily spa operations
  • Lead and inspire a team of massage therapists and estheticians
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor new team members
  • Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews
  • Foster a positive, professional, client‑focused workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with California licensing and sanitation regulations
Client Experience
  • Deliver exceptional massage therapy services
  • Build lasting client relationships
  • Recommend treatment plans
  • Successfully rebook guests before they leave
  • Handle rescheduling professionally while maintaining high client retention
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure every guest receives a luxury‑level experience
Scheduling & Business Management
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and provider availability
  • Optimize schedules for maximum productivity and profitability
  • Monitor daily revenue goals and key performance indicators
  • Reduce appointment gaps and no‑show rates
  • Support front desk operations as needed
  • Manage retail and treatment inventory
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Minimize waste and control operating costs
  • Track retail performance and encourage product sales
  • Assist with budgeting and profitability initiatives
Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue
  • Promote memberships and wellness packages
  • Help implement marketing initiatives
  • Support community events and partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership on long‑term business strategy
  • Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications

Required:
  • Current Massage Therapy License in Oregon or dual licensure preferred Esthetician License with
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success in client retention and rebooking
  • Experience managing schedules and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer service
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail
