Renewals and Licensing Coordinator
Marmoset seeks a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to manage client agreements and invoicing, coordinate license renewals end‑to‑end, and collaborate with the Client Services team to support our client‑relationship strategy. The role requires efficient handling of high‑volume tasks, precise document management, and proactive client outreach.
Responsibilities- Create, review, and finalize license documents.
- Track payments, resolve billing questions, and manage invoicing processes.
- Own the license renewals workflow from client outreach through reporting.
- Collaborate with Client Services to align with client‑relationship strategies.
- Maintain accuracy and speed in a fast‑paced environment, meeting monthly revenue goals and weekly KPIs.
- 1‑3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Docu Sign (or similar tools).
- Experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, contracts, and/or legal documents is a plus.
- Background in licensing, billing/accounts receivable, or client‑facing administrative work is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portland, OR (hybrid location: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).
