Qualifications:

The Product Manager Senior would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 10+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. Must have experience that aligns directly to the products being managed. MBA preferred.

• Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in complex product environments (healthcare experience preferred)
• Understanding of AI/ML (including Generative AI) concepts, capabilities, and limitations—you know what's possible and what's hype
• Experience with the unique considerations of AI/ML product development life cycles
• Experience working directly with technology teams in a product owner or similar capacity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solution opportunities
• Effective communication skills, particularly in explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value
• Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks
• Experience tracking and reporting AI/ML metrics aligned to evaluation frameworks
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitating sprint ceremonies
• Execution excellence—you can deliver on the details while understanding the bigger picture
• Excellent interpersonal with demonstrated ability to facilitate team discussions and build effective working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels
• Demonstrated project management skills including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including formal presentations and the facilitation of group planning sessions.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Management:
  Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritization processes, and sprint planning across multiple products while contributing to long-term vision and driving organizational strategy changes
• Requirements Development & Documentation:
  Synthesize business requirements from diverse sources (customers, brokers, sales teams, healthcare experts) into functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and agile project plans
