As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving projects from initial design through construction and final completion. This position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate and track projects through all phases, including pre‑design, engineering, construction, and closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks, escalating issues when appropriate to support successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering firms, construction vendors, internal operations teams, and other business partners.
• Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
• Perform audits of completed work and support field verification activities as needed.
• Review billing and invoicing documentation to ensure alignment with project deliverables and approved work.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project‑related inquiries and provide timely communication regarding project status.

Minimum

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to track project status, manage deadlines, and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Preferred

• Telecommunications, construction, engineering, utility, or infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles and vendor coordination.
• Experience with field audits, project deliverables, or invoice review.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
