The Business & Client Support Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client support and business operations to ensure a smooth experience for students, families, tutors, and internal staff. This role blends hands-on client service with real operational and business judgment, and works closely with senior leadership, who retain responsibility for company strategy and long-term planning.
This is a full-time role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and ready to own workflows, systems, and a small support team from day one.
What You'll Do- Deliver high-quality client support through first-line engagement with families and students, resolving billing, scheduling, and policy questions with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate client and student data across multiple platforms
- Own day-to-day supervision of part-time and weekend/evening support staff
- Support payroll, onboarding/offboarding, facilities, and office operations
- Pull and interpret basic operational data to inform planning conversations with leadership
- Contribute to the growth and long-term success of our team members and clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, client support, office/business management, or small-business administration
- Strong client-service mindset with a professional, calm, and solution-oriented demeanor
- Comfortable using data and AI tools to answer operational questions, not just execute instructions
- Some experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
- Confidence and sensitivity when communicating with colleagues, parents, and students

- Salary Range: $54,000-$62,000 annually, commensurate with experience
