** Planning Analyst**. Base salary starts at $75,000 per year with monthly incentive bonus opportunities. * Key Responsibilities:

**
* ** RFQ Management:
** Oversee the intake and processing of commercial Requests for Quote (RFQs).
* ** Order Review:
** Validate incoming orders against inventory capacity and manufacturing constraints prior to acceptance.
* ** Demand Optimization:
** Map customer demand to optimal raw material SKUs to minimize conversion costs and maximize yield.
* ** Business Intelligence:
** Develop reports, KPIs, and data analyses to support Business Unit objectives.
* ** Inventory Control:
** Manage finished goods stock levels, evaluate SKU turnover, and optimize inventory health.
* ** Financial Modeling:
** Analyze the financial impact of various scheduling options and present recommendations to leadership.
* ** Strategic Scheduling:
** Identify customer ordering patterns to improve predictability and scheduling efficiency.

* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

* Experience:

** 3–5 years in production planning, supply chain, or data analytics.
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SQL and ERP implementation experience, preferred.
* *
* Soft Skills:

** Exceptional cross-functional communication and data-driven critical thinking.
* ** Adaptability:
** Ability to manage tight deadlines and willing to work extended hours as needed during peak workloads.
