As a staff member, you'll sharpen your leadership skills, learn new ones, and collaborate while immersing yourself in creativity and play.

  • Support team members in operating camp operations independently when the Director is not on site, including opening or closing the location.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Actively supervise campers.
  • Maintain an organized and approachable activity space.
  • Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
  • Report and record details of notable concerns or incidents, including injuries to campers, other staff members, or self.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 months experience working in a camp, or 1 year in an education or child‑care setting.
  • By applying and accepting an offer, you give Steve & Kate's permission to email or text you.
  • You may be asked to chaperone campers on an off‑site field trip where locations demand.
Additional Requirements
  • Past management or leadership experience preferred.

    • Meets local Camp Director qualifications, or
    • Is a previous Steve & Kate's Camp employee.
