• 5+ years of experience in remodeling construction
• Customer‑facing experience
• Technology proficiency
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Ability to perform hands‑on work for most of the day
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in Southwest WA and the Portland, OR metro area

• 10+ years of remodeling experience
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Experience using project management software

• Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Communicating with laborers and subcontractors to ensure everyone's on the same page and work is progressing well
• Reporting daily job progress and making adjustments to keep projects on schedule
• Proactively purchasing building materials to ensure we have everything we need
• Performing hands‑on labor that meets quality standards and client expectations
