Job Description

The role serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors, providing responsive support by addressing general inquiries and directing clients to the appropriate Project Manager or internal department. This position is responsible for organizing, preparing, submitting, and tracking subcontracts, supply agreements, and change orders for subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors.

+ Organize and manage subcontracts, supply agreements, and change orders.

+ Assist with RFP/RFQ preparation.

+ Perform project setup and ongoing updates in Viewpoint and Auto Desk.

+ Create and organize project files and job-specific documents.

+ Prepare AIA draw requests and invoices.

+ Obtain subcontractor certifications and compliance reports.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor.

+ Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and Autodesk software.

+ Experience in construction project coordination and document control.

+ Familiarity with RFI/Change Order/Subcontracts/Prime Contracts.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in construction administration.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

+ Experience in commercial construction.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position in SW Portland with a 4-6 month contract duration. Work hours are either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, with an hour for lunch. The role supports up to 5 Project Managers simultaneously.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
