Roofing Team Lead

We are seeking a Roofing Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Portland, OR. The Roofing Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the roofing crew, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing daily tasks on-site. Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring projects, inspecting completed work for quality, troubleshooting on-site issues, and liaising between team members and management to ensure timely completion of roofing contracts.

• Expertise in roofing techniques, materials, installation, and maintenance
• Proven skills in team leadership, delegation, and effective communication
• Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenge resolution
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines pertaining to construction sites
• Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience in construction or roofing is highly preferable
• OSHA certification and relevant training in roofing or construction safety are a plus
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
