Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management processes
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships with clear communication and accountability
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and support staff
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong understanding of ground-up, TI, and renovation projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
