You’ll provide direct administrative, financial, and contract support to the Construction Management team.

- Provide direct contract and administrative support to Construction Project Managers.
- Process and track RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and contract documentation.
- Maintain organized project files and document control systems.
- Prepare and review monthly contractor pay estimates and supporting documentation.
- Track project costs, maintain budget logs, and assist with financial reporting.
- Log and monitor change orders and support contract modifications.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain action item tracking.
- Monitor compliance documentation, including certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
- Support overall construction management operations as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction contract administration, project coordination, or public works support.
- Experience supporting capital construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Associate’s degree in construction management, business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
- Experience with federally funded construction projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll review preferred.
- Familiarity with force account documentation and change order processing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Understanding of public works contract structure
- Financial and analytical skills related to construction payment review
- Strong written communication (meeting minutes, formal documentation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; experience with project management software preferred)
- Hybrid work option with occasional in-person meetings in client office.
