They are seeking a Project Engineer who wants to grow their career in the structural steel and bridge construction world while working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist Project Managers with coordination of structural steel and bridge construction projects
  • Review and become highly familiar with detailed structural drawings, shop drawings, and models
  • Support project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project correspondence
  • Coordinate with detailers and fabrication teams
  • Track project deliverables including materials, subcontractor deliveries, and schedules
  • Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and scope tracking
  • Monitor project changes and understand the impact on schedule and cost
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments
  • Gain hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of structural steel and bridge construction

What You Need to Have
  • Experience or education related to construction, engineering, or structural steel
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and structural specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in learning the structural steel / bridge construction industry
  • Comfortable working with multiple project documents and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable learning and working within a fast‑paced project environment
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in structural steel, bridge construction, or heavy civil projects
