Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and manage mission critical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with specific experience in concrete, tilt-up construction, and data centers or mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and changes.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel across the West Coast
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- MUST have experience with and tilt-up construction AND data center/mission critical projects.
- Strong understanding of data center/mission-critical facility requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
