We are representing a well-established commercial builder in their search for a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and enjoys delivering projects from ground-up through closeout.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing site operations, leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project performance from start to finish.

• Oversee daily site operations and field teams
• Manage and maintain construction schedules and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
• Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety protocols
• Ensure quality control and compliance with local building codes
• Act as the primary on-site contact for project stakeholders

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and manage construction schedules
• Knowledge of local code compliance and inspection processes
• Public Works project experience is a plus
