Senior Project Engineer – Multifamily Construction experience preferred
Join a growing commercial construction firm in Portland, Oregon. Lead high-density multifamily projects from pre-construction to closeout. Manage project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary:
Up to $100,000 base salary. - Location:
Portland, OR (On-site / Office). - Benefits:

- Financial Management:
Run project budgets, cost forecasting, and monthly cash flow. - Project Control:
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents. - Scheduling:
Update master schedules to ensure on-time project delivery. - Collaboration:
Act as the primary link between field superintendents and architects.
- Experience:
3 to 4 years working as a Project Engineer. - Project Portfolio:
Proven track record with ground-up multifamily developments. - Commercial Knowledge:
Experience with commercial building systems is highly preferred. - Financial Skill:
Strong ability to independently manage and analyze project financials. - Software:
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
