Construction Superintendent – Residential Development & New Construction
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our residential development and new construction projects, including custom homes, ADUs, cottages, duplexes, triplexes, and multifamily communities. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and labor crews, maintaining project schedules, ensuring jobsite safety and quality, and driving projects from groundbreaking through final completion.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands‑on construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple trades while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Experience in residential new construction and working directly with subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers is highly preferred.
