This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Clackamas, OR. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; collaborating with clients and stakeholders; coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors; and identifying and mitigating project risks.

The role also involves tracking project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing regular updates to leadership.

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus
• Previous experience in mechanical construction projects is highly desirable
