Senior Director - Preconstruction

The Senior Preconstruction Director is responsible for leading preconstruction services across multiple projects and supporting high-quality planning, estimating, and client solutions. This role oversees budgets, schedules, staffing, procurement planning, value management, and risk strategy while partnering closely with clients, operations leaders, and preconstruction teams.

• 17+ years of relevant industry experience in construction, estimating, or preconstruction.
• 15+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, including use of estimating software.
• 10+ years of experience managing multiple preconstruction assignments, managing teams, and overseeing project deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
