Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or for one large project. They provide supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close‑out documentation to the customer. The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all major responsibilities and essential job functions, delegating tasks as appropriate to team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of electrical construction normally acquired through a five‑year electrical apprentice program.
  • Five or more years of experience in a project management position in the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use.

  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provides safety leadership.
  • Contract administration.
  • Project set‑up.
  • Site labor coordination and scheduling.
  • Budgeting and estimating.
  • Documentation, submittals, O&M.
  • Coordinate purchasing and sub‑contracts.
  • Production tracking.
  • Quality control/quality assurance.
  • Project cost control and billing.
  • Project cost to complete/forecasting.
  • Project change orders.
  • Project closeout.
  • Internal/external communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
