The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or for one large project. They provide supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close‑out documentation to the customer. The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all major responsibilities and essential job functions, delegating tasks as appropriate to team members.
Minimum Qualifications- Working knowledge of electrical construction normally acquired through a five‑year electrical apprentice program.
- Five or more years of experience in a project management position in the construction industry.
- Strong management skills, excellent human relations, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated financial analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use.
- Tactful, professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors and others.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and effective team player.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Opportunity to travel may be available.

- Contract administration.
- Project set‑up.
- Site labor coordination and scheduling.
- Budgeting and estimating.
- Documentation, submittals, O&M.
- Coordinate purchasing and sub‑contracts.
- Production tracking.
- Quality control/quality assurance.
- Project cost control and billing.
- Project cost to complete/forecasting.
- Project change orders.
- Project closeout.
- Internal/external communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter).
