Project Manager​/Estimator - Heavy Civil

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator with experience in heavy civil, roadway construction, sitework, and public utilities
. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Federal, State, County, or City roadway projects and be comfortable managing projects while assisting with estimating and bidding.

• Manage day-to-day project operations and coordination.
• Assist with estimates, bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, quantities, and project costs.
• Track project progress, costs, and changes.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• 3+ years of heavy civil/roadway construction experience.
• Experience with roadway, sitework, and/or public utility projects.
• Estimating and project management experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
