As General Manager
, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on project oversight, staff leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with ownership and lead a team of project managers, site staff, and administrators.
- Oversee daily company operations, including construction project management and administrative workflows
- Lead and support project managers, field staff, and office personnel
- Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth and operational efficiency
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects
- Analyze operational performance data and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with ownership on business development and long-term planning
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulations
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- 10+ years of leadership experience in residential construction or construction management
- Experience overseeing field operations and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of construction operations and project management
- Ability to develop processes that support business growth and operational structure
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software
- Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience
