Senior Project Manager​/Estimator - Heavy Civil

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator with extensive experience in heavy civil and roadway construction
. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and estimating Federal, State, County, and City roadway projects
, as well as sitework and public utility projects
.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Prepare estimates, bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, quantities, and project costs.
• Track project progress, changes, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy civil/roadway construction experience.
• Strong estimating and project management background.
• Experience with public-sector roadway and utility projects.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
