About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run complex heavy civil jobs without hand-holding.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of large-scale underground utility and deep sewer pipeline projects, lead teams, protect margins, and keep projects moving without excuses.

You'll be trusted to run the job like it's your own.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and deliver $10M–$100M+ heavy civil projects
  • Manage and mentor teams of 10+ staff
  • Oversee preconstruction, estimates, and execution strategy
  • Run multiple projects while maintaining schedule and cost control
  • Own project financials, forecasting, and profitability
  • Negotiate contracts and manage change orders
  • Build relationships with owners, municipalities, and agencies
  • Identify risks early and solve problems fast
  • Support repeat business and client growth
  • Drive jobsite safety and accountability

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years heavy civil construction experience
  • Strong background in deep sewer pipelines / underground utilities
  • 10+ years managing complex projects
  • Proven ability to deliver profitable projects
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and drive results

Work Environment

  • Office + active jobsite presence
  • Outdoor work in varying conditions
  • PPE required at all times on site

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable in active construction environments
