You will analyze design and construction documents for structural scopes and prepare project cost estimates, coordinating with the pre-construction team and project owners to ensure complete and competitive bids.
In this in-office role, you will lead take-offs, compile drawings, and review plans with the team, presenting final estimates to executives and supporting the bid
