Contract onsite opportunity with a well-known footwear and apparel brand, supporting the end-to-end artwork lifecycle for team sports products. This junior-level role sits within an operations artwork team and helps ensure that artwork for uniforms and related products is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards. The focus is on coordination, data and tool maintenance, and cross-functional communication to keep workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Support daily use of an artwork management platform: onboarding users, managing access, and handling basic troubleshooting.
  • Collect, organize, and upload artwork files and specs with correct naming conventions and version control.
  • Monitor artwork from request through approval and production handoff, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare simple status reports, highlighting open items, risks, and priorities.
  • Help document and refine artwork processes, templates, and guidelines.
  • Partner with customer service and artwork teams to clarify requirements and resolve order-blocking issues.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on artwork to ensure it meets technical and brand standards.
Qualifications

What helps you succeed:

  • Interest in team sports and uniform customization.
  • Strong organization and time management; able to juggle multiple artwork requests and deadlines.
  • Comfort with digital tools and data, plus accurate record-keeping.
  • Clear, professional communication with global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail when working with artwork files and product data.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus, not a must.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great fit for someone looking to build foundational experience in artwork operations, product execution, and sports apparel, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
