This role involves leading website operations for KDUP, including technical maintenance, content updates, and social media management. It also requires collaboration with the team to set goals, coordinate events, and ensure the online presence effectively represents the station’s brand.
Core Duties- Collaborate with KDUP team members in setting goals and objectives for the radio station
- Ensure high quality website operations, including coming up with new ways to make the website and online stream presentable and representative of the station
- Troubleshoot and repair web stream and other technical difficulties as they arise
- Work closely with Promotions Director and Event Coordinator to keep website content updated and current
- Coordinate the publication of DJ and show bios, including interview content on website
- Update and publish KDUP concert calendar and local Portland events that may appeal to KDUP’s audience
- Monitor social media activity and report analytics as appropriate
- Maintain a working relationship with the IT department at UP and technical advisors from the broadcast journalism community
- Establish collaborative working relationships with KDUP staff to strive for cohesive efforts
- Attend KDUP trainings, meetings and events
- Other relevant duties as assigned

Prior experience with music/radio stations, or an interest in learning
- Preferred:
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and push heavy equipment on wheeled cart
