Photo Producer

Join a collaborative creative team shaping compelling visual storytelling across channels. This role leads lifestyle photography productions from pre-production through post-production, partnering closely with creative, merchandising, and freelance teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

• Lead end-to-end lifestyle photo productions, including planning, on-set execution, and post-production coordination.
• Manage shoot logistics, schedules, locations, travel, equipment, props, vendors, and production documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative goals, shot lists, merchandise readiness, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for location partners, crew, and external vendors.
• Support production budgets, vendor forecasting, invoicing, and process improvements.
• Communicate schedule changes and proactively resolve production challenges.

• 3–5+ years of photo production experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, locations, and complex production logistics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible production schedules when needed.
