Provide customers with quality tailoring and fitting services. Measure customers, assess garment fit, and complete alterations in a timely manner while meeting service and productivity standards.
Responsibilities- Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
- Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time, following service standards and procedures.
- Use store technology to manage customer alteration needs and meet productivity goals.
- Collaborate with the alterations and store teams, and educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
- 2-3 years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
