Customer Service Representative (Remote) - $19/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.

-based)

About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems
  • Follow established procedures and meet performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues or service gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Problem‑solving mindset and a customer‑first attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms
  • Remote work experience
  • Ability to de‑escalate situations and handle high‑volume periods
