Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for information, transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying providers;
Announce visitors to Residence owners before allowing access and manage authorized visitors via the key track system;
Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns and coordinate with engineers, bell persons, or housekeeping as needed;
Assist with scheduling elevator moves for Residence owners/tenants and bell/valet services for owners vehicles;
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain logs/daily memo books
