Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

Location: Portland International Airport (7240 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR)

Schedule: 5:30pm - 2:00am, 5 days a week

Pay: Starting at $21/hr based on a 40‑hour a week work schedule.

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assist in assessing the condition of a rental upon return
• Process returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have at least one year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record in the past five years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule: 5:30pm - 2:00am, 5 days a week
