Part Time Automotive Document Scanner

Time CDJR | A subsidiary of Time Auto Group is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Scanner to join our team! In this role, you'll support dealership operations by managing document processing, organizing records, and ensuring accurate and timely data handling across multiple departments. Schedule:

Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 8:30 am-2:30 pm

Compensation: $18/hr

What You Will Do:

  • Scan, intake, record, file, fax, email, and proofread documents.
  • Assist with organization and sorting projects.
  • Complete data entry tasks using various platforms and systems.
  • File and remove records in accordance with retention policies.
  • Perform daily bank and post office errands.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Occasionally travel to dealership locations for errands or document transfer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.
  • Strong attention to detail.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
