What

You’ll Do

Guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun, the Community Relations Coordinator (CRC) works collaboratively under the guidance of the Community Relations Director (CRD) to support achieving occupancy and revenue goals. The CRC will assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including providing tours, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records. The CRC will provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families to ensure a positive experience and increase the likelihood of move‑ins.

  • Provide tours of the community to prospective residents and their families.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, or in person.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date records of all inquiries, leads,move-ins, andmove-outs.
  • Utilize appropriate inquiry tour skills,always including knowing apartment availability.
  • Demonstrateasense of urgency regardinggetting deposits andmove-ins.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the department as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamlessmove-inprocess for new residents.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding acuity levels andlicensure.
  • Participate in salesmeetingsand trainings to stay up to date on community offerings and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on competitor communities and their offerings.
  • Responsible forsupportingtheCRD, collaborate withteam,andto provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Reinforce creating aperson-centered, elder directed culture ofcaring.
  • Model the Compass Senior Living Leadership Valuesof goodness, loyalty, faith, andfun.

  • You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • You will have a valid driver's license.
