Qualifications
- A smile and a warm and friendly personality
- Knowledge of local, current attractions and events (concerts, theater, sports, etc.)
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- A background in hospitality is helpful
- High level of personal service skills including package acceptance, message delivery, guest announcement/coordination, managing building amenities schedule, and basic administrative assistance
- Possess basic office skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to learn quickly
Part Time
Hours:
Monday - Thursday ending rt time can vary. Between 18 to 22 hours per week.
Pay: $20.00/hour - $21.20/hour
