Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concierge who will be the first impression and first contact at our community. The role involves providing extraordinary service, fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families, and visitors, and ensuring a high level of pride in our community.
ResponsibilitiesThe concierge is the face of the community, handling guest services, coordinating resident activities, addressing inquiries, and supporting staff. The position requires excellent organization, patience, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience- 3 years experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
