Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has immediate openings for energetic, organized, business‑minded individuals to serve as a Canine Concierge. This role is a part‑time position, and candidates should love dogs and be proactive in their development toward becoming better canine citizens.

• Sell daycare enrollments
• Lead tours of the facility
• Book meet & greet appointments over the phone
• Make calls to leads
• Follow up with pet parents and dogs via phone and text
• Post to Instagram and Facebook
• Use computer software including MS Office, iOS, and more
• Multi‑task by delivering customer service while balancing the needs of canine coaches in playrooms
• Clean and maintain a safe environment
• Manage a POS system
• Greet everyone that walks into Dogtopia
• Communicate behavior modification plans to pet parents
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area at all times
• Answer phones, emails, and questions from pet parents

• Must love dogs
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast‑paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to make and take phone calls while assisting at the lobby
• Comfortable with upselling
